Design & facilitate large-group conversations - in organisations & communities
A little more about me:
I include theatre, poetry, dance & music in my work, in order to connect people to their whole being, rather than being stuck in their 'brain mind'. The key is to be able to respond (rather than react) - individually and collectively. I have also created a retreat, meeting and gathering centre at my home - converted & run in the deepest possible ecological way & dedicated to conversations that matter + relaxation, revival and pure enjoyment
Location:
Carno, Powys, SY17 5JU
Projects I’m working on:
1) working with 1000s of young people who are NEET (Not in Education, Employment or Training), including those in the riots - helping them develop skills of resilience and response-ability + effective communication & working with others.
2) Neighbourhood Planning
3) Organisation change in a Council / Local Authority context - including Members & Officers
4) Visioning & creating detailed plans for the future of a county - engaging people & organisations from all the different aspects of the county's life.
Welcome to the Community. It's great to see you here!
Have a look around and get stuck in. A good place to start is by joining a group. I recommend checking out the National Theatre Wales TEAM Group, where Devinda De Silva shares information and opportunities to get involved with National Theatre Wales projects. There is also a group for the Assembly Project, where it would be great to see some experiences shared as you go through the process!
You can also update the Community, or start a debate, in a blog post, and see what's on in Wales and add your own events in the What's On section.
As usual it's best to just dive in, but give me a shout if you have any questions.
