an introduction to CDM:

The aim of the course is for creatives to recognise the basics of Construction Design and Management and its application in theatre and live events.  

This course is for anyone who works in the creative industries.

OBJECTIVES

By the end of the session, you will know how to identify and use the

• Principles of the Construction Design & Management Regulations 2015
• CDM Duty Holders & their roles
• CDM Documentation Required
• Application of CDM principles to Theatre and Live Events through specific Case Studies

After attending the course, you will be able to relay / cascade to colleagues how CDM regulations can be applied in Wales post-pandemic guidelines and be able to use and apply some of the basic vocabulary used in CDM.
