Event Description

A Journey So Far - Remembering the Caribbean in Butetown – Past and Present

Join us and participate in the first of several events taking place in Cardiff that will use the arts (dancing, film, drama, visual art, story -telling) in order to focus on:

  • The lives of Caribbean Elders in Cardiff & their descendents
  • Community representations (What has Butetown meant to you?)

We want to hear about your experiences, memories and stories and to explore just how you want to be remembered & (re) presented

Join us for a family evening of reminiscing and sharing

(light dinner will be served)

1st July 2014, 7pm – 11pm

Old Natwest Bank, West Bute Street
