This workshop is based on Uta Hagen and Larry Moss exercises I first encountered at drama school and have been coaching for the past 11 years. They are fantastic for finding emotional triggers, feeling safe and secure in a performance or audition by creating a feeling of belonging to the space in which you are working. These are very simple yet very powerful tools that deal with a number of acting problems

Everyone is required to bring a learnt, 1 minute, monologue. It can be part of a longer piece or I can email you text if needed.

This is not, however, a monologue or audition workshop. We will work on specific exercises and, using text, will enhance understanding and deepen technique. Let’s learn together and strengthen community.
