Get involved in this years Gwanwyn Festival with Arts Care Gofal Celf and celebrate traditional art forms by taking them to a whole new level of fun. Try out giant knitting needles and arm knitting or fly with your feet firmly on the ground before experiencing the calming atmosphere created within colourful yoga hammocks. All led by professional artist with activities tailored to suit all levels and abilities with fun and laughter guaranteed. If you are aged 50 or over get involved it is FR££...plus there will be tea, coffee and cake.
