What do you know about autism?

Act One, Cardiff University's drama society are presenting a new play written, directed and performed by Cardiff University students to raise awareness and fundraise for the National Autistic Society.  

Set in a residential home for low-functioning autistic adults, we aim for the project to help spread awareness about autism in the community through this perceptive piece of theatre. Varying emotional flavours are used to present the experience of autistic adults and their carers, in a realistic and representative light. The play explores and challenges the stereotypes and misconceptions about autism, which can often leave those affected feeling isolated in society.
