TEAM will be getting involved in the Pontypridd Fun palace ‘Living well’ where we will be holding a range of FREE training and events across the weekend for you to get involved in these are:
Saturday 4th October
2 - 4:30pm
Using as our starting point the proposition that “leadership is the property and consequence of a community, rather than the property and consequence of an individual leader*”, this practical workshop will look at different types of leadership, which qualities are needed in a leader and how you can influence and lead authentically. This will be through an examination of our individual values, actions, strengths and how our past has shaped our present. There will be some activities to fulfil before hand to save time on the day, so make sure you register in advance so that you can get the best from the session.
Catherine Paskell is a Welsh theatre director and artistic leader based in Cardiff. She is an Arts Council of Wales Fellow of the Clore Leadership Programme, director with Dirty Protest theatre company and was a founding Creative Associate of National Theatre Wales.
