Gaga is a free flowing movement language created by choreographer Ohad Naharin. Our teacher will guide you using a series of evocative instructions that build one on top of the other. Rather than copying a particular movement, you will actively explore these instructions, discovering how you can interpret the information through your own body and imagination.
Gaga/people classes offer a creative space to increase physical awareness, improve flexibility and stamina, and experience the pleasure of movement in a welcoming, accepting atmosphere.
