Jem is 50. Ella is becoming a teenager. They are father and daughter. 

Ella is ballet mad. Jem is a professional contemporary dancer. They have always danced together on the kitchen rug, and now, together they have created this show that explores their changing relationship through dance, conversation and film. 

Mae Jemyn 50. Mae Ella ar gychwyn ei harddegau. Maent yn dad a merch. 

Mae Ella yn dwlu ar fale. Mae Jem yn ddawnsiwr cyfoes proffesiynol. Maent wedi dawnsio gyda'i gilydd ar garped y gegin, a nawr maent wedi creu'r sioe hon sy'n archwilio eu perthynas newidiol drwy ddawns, sgwrs a ffilm.
