Lost in the Neuron Forest is an exploration of memory and how it makes us who we are. The audience follow the story of Edna, a feisty woman who fears she is losing herself as she loses her memory. Edna takes us back to the heady days of her youth, and the memories mingle with those of the neuroscientist who offers to help Edna. A promenade adventure into how the human brain works, and the science and personal significance of memory.
The show is produced by Bread & Goose, and was initially developed as part of the Wales Millennium Incubator scheme in 2013. It is touring Wales and England this autumn with support from Arts Council Wales and the Wellcome Trust.
