How can we use our inner lives as a rich creative resource? How can our own conflicts and shadow parts help us step into another’s shoes, and deepen character exploration in the rehearsal room? Through games, drama exercises, art making and discussion the workshop is designed to encourage playfulness and curiosity, building awareness and learning to recognise and release unhelpful patterns to increase our creative potential.

Polly is trained in arts psychotherapy (MA in Arts Psychotherapy from the Institute for the Arts in Therapy and Education (Distinction). Member of BAAT, BACP and PAC).
