Event Description
Join us for an afternoon of intrigue and delight as we explore our ability to be truly alive to the present moment through a taster workshop of multi-sensory participatory arts activities. If you're curious about the world around you and interested in exploring different ways of seeing, this is for you.
We will meet in the grounds of Insole Court at 1pm and begin the afternoon with a shared picnic - please bring a small dish of something healthy and delicious to share! We will then enjoy a range of taster activities in the beautiful setting of the old house.
There is no charge for this event. However, if you are able to make a donation to support us in continuing our work, please pay what you feel on the day or afterwards.
