NoFit State are offering professional and industry training sessions in our Transitions programme and we have one coming up on Thursday called Developing Creative Projects with Looked After Children and Young People.
This full day workshop combines presentations from tutors, peer-action-learning and practical exercises, which will introduce participants to:
• A broad range of practice illustrated through national and international case studies
• The context to the work impact and benefits
• Good practice in working with Looked After Children and Young People
• Practical approaches and creative ideas for the work.
The workshop will explore:
• Practical challenges of working in this context
• The creative potential of the work.
This workshop is aimed at artists from all disciplines working in communities and using creativity as a tool for change, and also those working in the wider heritage, cultural and voluntary sector. No Fit State will take the lead on recruiting attendees.
