Event Description

Room to Read, the outdoor group reading aloud event unique to Cardiff, is creating an inverted mirror of Penylan Library (junction of Ninian Road and Wellfield Road) on Saturday 15th October, 12.00 – 12.30 pm, as part of the inspiring Made in Roath Arts Festival 2011.  Everyone welcome!

Following another summer of successful city centre events Room to Read is delighted to be part of  Made in Roath again.  And everyone who loves reading can take part.  Bring a book that you love to the forecourt of Penylan Library on Saturday, 15th October, just before noon.  At midday everyone will begin reading – aloud and at the same time - for as long or as briefly as they wish, until 12.30 pm.

If you love books, reading has just got even better -  come and make your passion alive and aloud!

Bring along a bright umbrella too, if it’s raining, and the Library will provide shelter if it pours.
