Before Dr Who, before Back to the Future and even befor H.G Wells's
Time Machine, there was Anacronopete - The First Time Machine.
Brothers Treays welcome you aboard their craft for the voyage of a lifetime, taking you on an extraordinary journey into the past with deeds of derring-do along the way.

The First Time Machine is created and performed by the great grandsons of Enrique Gaspar, inventor of the very first time machine in his novel El Anacronopete. The show is a vibrant and accessible dance and theatre performance that will entertain audiences of all ages.

"The creation of the First Time Machine is fuelled by the universal desire to get to know our ancestors. I want to get to know my great grandfather and to tap into the stories and memories that are embedded in our minds and bodies, recreating his time machine onstage, taking the audience on an enthralling journey through time"
- Jem Treays
