Voix Polyphoniques is a Marseille-based group specialising in polyphonic and acapella singing. This concert is a tribute to Edisher Garakanidse, singer, musicologist and founder of the Georgian group Mtiebi. Brigitte Cirla joined him on many field trips to meet singers and record songs in the different regions of Georgia. The singers exchanged and fused their cultural and musical references and the resulting performance is an exhilarating and moving experience.

Performed in Georgian, English and French.
