It was great to do the show outside again yesterday and it felt really good to be able to utilise the town and surroundings in all it's glory. Really good audience too.
Mr. Rees you can't deny you shed a tear when Ghana were eliminated.

A beautiful cast and crew moment last night as we all watched Spain v Germany on the big TV in the living room downstairs. Most of us were supporting Spain along with Gui and were happy with the result. Some quite remarkable commentary from a non football crowd included Gerald Tyler's tips for defending and Holly's unprintable put down of one of the opposition players. A very nice moment indeed...now we are worried about where to watch the final as we will all be leaving. It's taken a full month to get everyone interested in the World Cup.

The home stretch is upon us and I think we are all hoping for good weather. We have that slightly caged feeling and the mountain and beach call for a revisit. Lets hope the weather predictions are wrong and that Barmouth shines again for us for the next three days. I know that's a lot to ask for but it would be a suitable finale to the whole experience. We have made some very solid friends here and I think Barmouth will stay with us for a long time. Right time to go and plant plastic windmills on Dinas Olau!
