W have been here in situ for three days and already it feels as if Barmouth is home. I've spent time on the mountain above Rock Terrace around the Frenchman's Grave and yesterday a few of us went in the estuary for an end of day dip. The view from the flat is a dream but the sand between the toes makes it real .... looking forward to how this week progresses because there is a surreal feeling of rehearsing outside, in the sunshine with a view stretching to the Llwyn Penisula. Meeting Hugh on sunday was inspiring as you hear the stories that are not found in tourist info, the illicit affairs. Right...time for more mountain grotto stuff in a fez.

Week one has been amazing and had a great time filming with some of the women of Bermo. Off to meet flag makers in an hour.

The meeting this morning was great got to meet nearly all the team! Its great experience working with ntw in bermo and its great being an insider and knowing the plot-kind of lol!
