New companies
Hello, as of last Wednesday I have founded a small theatre company in my hometown. I have had a couple of meetings with my fellow performers and have started planning our initial workshops. The company is primarily for developing performance skills and creating original drama. Any advice for a fresh producer people?

Thank you very much, Mike. I've been very active with the "keeping people informed" : I'm going to document the processes through which we create with blogs, video, photography, newspaper articles, live advertisment and much more! If people hear about you often then they can't forget to come see your shows!
