The Big Talent is an independent Performing Arts School and Boutique Talent Agency for young people across South East Wales.  We are based in Cardiff Bay.  Our offices are fully staffed and open 10am to 5pm Monday to Friday.  

As an Agency our clients have worked as leads, featured and supporting artists.

We nurture and develop fresh new talent and represent young people up to the age of 26 for professional work in TV, film and theatre as well as radio and commercials. 

The training we offer for adults focuses on professional preparation for auditions and performance looking at script work, sight reading and interview technique as well as acting training for some of the top directors working today.

For children and young people we offer a range of weekly classes for 3 to 16 year olds with a focus on personal development and technique.

Musical Theatre training for 6 upwards, Little Big Talent, introduction to performance for the under 6's, Welsh medium drama, Dance including Tap, Choir for all ages and abilities. We are in partnership with Wales Millennium Centre in Cardiff Bay and together we run Wales Millennium Centre’s Young Company, for 7-16 year olds.  

Open to everyone, regardless of experience or ability.
