Comment by Lisa Wells-Turner on June 2, 2013 at 22:48: Hey everyone. Just to let you know we've got a date confirmed for Workout now. It will be on Sunday 7th July at Volcano's space on Swansea High Street. Hours still tbc but will be of the all day variety (probably 10-4ish).
