In the last five weeks there have been seven substantive documents written on the topic of the company's strategy. They all have their own viewpoint, delivered from their own vantage point: Equity, the actors union, the Writers Guild, the dramatists of Wales, a lecturer in Yorkshire, and the company statement itself.
Two important voices have not…

Hi adam
I hope you don’t mind me posting you.
My name is Jem Treays, I dont think we have met but you have previously reviewed Shh which I danced/choreographed with Roy Campbell Moore,Sue williams and Chloe Loftus at the Dance House (dont know if you remember?) I am now the director of a new dance theatre company, Run Ragged, based in Cardiff. We are currently touring a new work “Out of the Box” to venues in Wales. We are making work that is intelligent and layered suitable for all ages from 3+ to adult and we know that our work is interesting and different and the audience responses (from seasoned theatre viewers to special needs kids) has been great. We are keen to build audiences and ambitious to get the company’s work out internationally in the next couple of years.
We really need/want some critical review from established reviewers and I am very much hoping we can entice you out to one of the venues below to review us. We would of course pay your fare, give you a comp, buy you a drink afterwards and be generally appreciative that you have come out to see us!
We have three gigs left of our tour:
Borough Theatre, Abergavenny Sat 12 May 230pm
Blackwood Miners Institute, Tues 15 May 6pm
Muni, Pontypridd Sat 19 May 2pm
Should you be able to come the easiest venue to get to is Muni Pontpridd on Sat 19 May as this is just 20 mins North of Cardiff. You could get a train to Ponty, drive or get a cab.
If you wanted to bring any family members please let me know and I could arrange further comps.
You can see a bit about us at http://www. RunRaggedProductions.co.uk
I hope you will be able to com. My tel is 07411112339 should you wish to have a chat with me.
All the best
Jem
Hi Adam,
After taking a year out to lay the foundations for taking the company from an ad hoc group to a professional company with (hopefully) a future, Theatr Pena is back with Jean Genet's The Maids (13 to 16 June at The Riverfront, 20 to 23 June at the Torch Theatre). Hope you can catch a performance. Erica (Eirian)
Hi Adam
Fragments of Ash is in Aberystwyth on Wednesday 9th May. I hope you can catch it.

Hi Adam,
I've been a bit full on with work and haven't seen the ep' you mentioned. If I get chance to catch up I'll post a few thoughts.
Peter
Adam,
Many thanks for the friend-add. As for saying 'interesting things' ... everything has the potential to be interesting, just depends on your point of view. Looking forward to future discussions :-)
Kelly
Great to meet you (if only very briefly) at the Hay festival. Hope you had a good time there. Do keep in touch. Nice to put a face to the name.

Thanks for coming back to me. Most of our performances are actually on the English side of the Dyke where there are more people! But we have one in Llanidloes on Saturday and, even better, one in Presteigne on Friday 26th when we have June Tabor - top folk-singer - supporting us. Both 7.30. Be nice if you could make one of them - good bit of the Dyke path near Presteigne.
Best wishes,
Mick
