A little more about me:
Hi,
My name is Amanda Raissa Ntongono. I studied Theatre/Drama and Film/TV at Aberystwyth University and my MA in theatre/Drama at the University of South Wales in Cardiff.

I am currently developing a project about death.
Location:
ABERYSTWYTH
Projects I’m working on:
I am currently working on a live art exhibition. This is to explore my darkest fear. I am scared of death.
I am scared of dying. Sometimes I wish I was never born so I could never die. But I am here. I was born.So I must die.

Why don’t we talk about death often? Isn't it part of the human experience?
We are eventually going to die, aren't we?

This is not to understand death, but rather to embrace death itself. The physical act of dying. To reject the idea that death is the enemy. That it has to be avoided at all costs. Being born means you must die. I MUST die simply because I was born. This fact should be embraced by every human.
Death 1.0.1 is a series of short performances. Each performance takes place behind a door. In total, we have 3 doors. Door 1, door 2 and door 3.
Door 1| One of my seven death
Door 2| Embracing death
Door 3| Death
