A little more about me:

Back in 2016, I completed my Diploma (with distinction) in Fine Art at Coleg Menai and was offered a place at University of the Arts London, but unfortunately had to decline due to family circumstances. Last year I lived in Nepal and graduated from Nepal yoga Academy as a yoga teacher in Ashtanga and Hatha yoga. I now teach in Betws-y-coed and love every second of it.
I have always had a passion for drawing, painting and creating and have been trying to make art full time at home, using local galleries (such as The Royal Cambrian, Conwy and Storiel, Bangor) to build a name for myself. When I am not creating artwork or teaching yoga, I am climbing, walking or running in the mountains. I am incredibly passionate about the outdoors and human connection to nature, the environment, animal welfare/equality and of course I do what I can to help reverse the effects of Earth’s cancer - climate change. The environment- particularly here in Snowdonia- is of upmost importance to me and I live my life to do as much as I can to protect it, nurture it, love it and to teach others to do the same.
I also love to travel with a low carbon footprint (hitchhiking!) and explore alternative ways of living in different climates to our own here in Wales. Last summer I hitchhiked to the Spanish Pyrenees and lived in a community high up in the mountains. There I learnt new traditions and techniques to live alongside the earth with 100% self sufficiently. I have brought all the knowledge I gained there home with me and continue to share and pass on this knowledge. And (although more difficult in a consumerist society), I try to continue to live as I did out there.
I cannot express enough my passion for the planet and I hope to develop a way of expressing this through the medium of art, and through a yogic lifestyle.
