Profile Information

What I do:
Trained as a dancer and actor at Dartington. Work primarily as a choreographer/movement director. Have my own dance theatre company Striking Attitudes www.strikingattitudes.org that works with dancers who act and actors who dance. Have recently discovered the joys of making dance for camera and made Remains To Be Seen in 2008 and Footfalls 2011 both funded by ACW. SA is particularly interested in creating work for older dancers - eg dancers 40+. Our most recent works are a dance theatre piece ACW funded Once Upon A Time In The Dark, Dark Wood -April 2013 and a site- specific promenade piece Each For All; All For Each. Check out our website or facebook page.
A little more about me:
I enjoy creating work for dancers, actors or singers and am particularly interested in a mix of movement and text.
Location:
Cardiff
Projects I’m working on:
Just completed Each For All; All For Each on October 14th 2013- a collaboration with poet Patrick Jones to mark the centenary of the Senghenydd Mining Disaster and funded by Coreo Cymru and National Theatre Wales.
