A little more about me:

Hello, I'm Carys, I offer coaching and pay what you can workshops for creatives, as well as being a writer and sometimes performer myself.

I qualified as an Action Learning Facilitator and Relational Dynamics Coach in 2009. Since then, I’ve delivered sessions for individuals and groups in arts, education, business, and third-sector spaces. I’ve worked with clients from artists to public school teachers; from under-represented communities to primary school children; from vulnerable adults to established writers, and from companies such as National Theatre Wales and the Arts Council of Wales to Macmillan Publishers. National Theatre Wales, Volcano Theatre Company and lots of other socially engaged arts projects.

In 2013 I wrote and performed I’m Listening – A Case for Empathy, a solo piece based on grief and active listening. I regularly work with young people facilitating workshops focused on expressing and expanding personal creativity, collaborating frequently with Macmillan Education.

I've had short stories published in anthologies by Honno Press and Parthian Books, as well as Mslexia Magazine.
