Profile Information

What I do:
I am a playwright, dramaturg and freelance project manager, primarily working in the field of writer development.
A little more about me:
In 2010, I set up Capital Theatre Festival, which is designed to celebrate, nurture and promote new writing talent in Birmingham and beyond. We premiered three new plays in 2012: "Cuddles" by Joseph Wilde, "Without a Hand to Hold" by Rob Joiner, and "Calyx" by Sean Burn.

For three years, I ran Script, the regional development agency for dramatic writers in the West Midlands.

I graduated from Birmingham University's MPhil (B) in Playwriting in 2004.

I currently work as a Senior Reader at Theatre 503.
