I'm a theatre director, born and bred in Cardiff. I have lived and worked in lots of exciting places, from Brazil, to Sweden, the USA and all around the UK. I love theatre that directly connects with an audience - whether that be a new play written by an up and coming writer or an experiential piece of devised theatre. The important thing for me is what happens in the space between the performer and the audience - and how the audience are involved in the piece.
