Hi there Danny,

Hope things are well.

Attached is a contract for next week. It shows you the money and usual things. Could you sign it and return on Monday?

Also, I am attaching the programme entry which is tiny coz it's on a four page sheet which is going in the envelopes - more about that on Monday. Let me know if you want me to change anything as I have severely cut things.

Also, can you fill your tank up on Monday morning and give me the receipt? (If you're driving that is).

See you there!

Hi All,

I had a meeting on Monday with the producers and there are some minor changes to the format and script for the Wednesday.

We have four shows still but at

12.00, 2.00, 6.00 and 8.00. The 6.00pm is sold-out. So please try and get your mates to come to the others! The order of the pubs is now NoSign, The Schooner and the Queen's. I am attaching a new poster.

The rehearsals schedule and venue is the same - see you on Oct 14th at 10.00 in the Old People's Welfare Hall in Mumbles. I'll give you the contracts then.

Can I ask you to send me your bank details (you will get paid on the weekend after the show), your biog and CV, if you have not already done so, so I can put you on our website. And remember to dig out your forties cossies (a disheveled suit, mac and trilby will do for you Danny).

See you then.

Hi Danny,

Thanks for agreeing to consider us in your plans.

Just to reiterate..

We are Lighthouse Theatre Ltd. (www.lighthouse-theatre.co.uk).

The project that we would like you to consider is called 'Tankers, Tugs and Banana Boats' and is a walking tour/performance based around three pubs in The Marina in Swansea - The Queens, Morgans and The No Sign Bar.

The 'contract' is for three days fro Oct 14th-16th, and the payment is based on ITC/Equity minimum pro rata - so £205 for three days. Rehearsals are in Mumbles (the Old People Welfare Hall) and are from 10am -4pm (there will be a run of the piece from 4.30pm in situ on the 15th). The performances are at 12, 2, 4 and 7 on the 16th October. Travel will be paid from Tonyrefail to Swansea and back for the three days (if you do train we will reimburse, otherwise it will be mileage).

We are backed by Maritime Heritage Wales and the Arts Council.

If you want to call me to clarify anything then please do - 0780 141 8135.

I attach the script and a flyer for you to help you in a decision.

I am Actor One, Nia is Actor Two and we would like you to read Actor Three. The director is a character by the name of Bob Pugh. If you look at our website you will find out more about us.

Tickets are based on 3 pints but participants can pay 10 and have no beer!

On a personal note, if Nia says you're up for it, then we don't need to worry.

Could you let me know that you've received the info on adrianmetcalfe@am-ct.com.

Thanks and Pob lwc yn y Gogledd...

Hwyl am y tro,

Adrian x
