Projects I’m working on:
New GPS Movement System YouTube Channel for professionals, performers and community groups, both disabled and non-disabled, who are working creatively and physically with their bodies.

The GPS Movement System YouTube Channel is funded by the Arts Council of Wales, in partnership with The Melville Centre for the Arts, Abergavenny, Wales UK.

One series is designed for people who will remain in a sitting position throughout the classes. One series is for people who will undertake the classes on their feet or lying down.

Each series of inclusive classes has 12 sessions for performers, for community groups, for anybody who wants to become fit and for anybody who wants to develop their performing skills.

Every Monday morning, for twelve weeks, a new session will be uploaded for each of the two series.

This will take you on a 12 week physical journey.

The sessions will push your physical strength and develop your emotional connection and expressions. The weekly sessions will develop from a 16 minutes introduction to the system in Session 1, through an interesting and exciting artistic journey that will end in a 38 minutes highly physical and emotional Connection Session in week 12.

Every week the level will be developed with an additional 2 minutes per session; new skills will be introduced through the 12 weeks.

The GPS Movement System is based on physical movements created from your spine, which are sent through the body by focusing on the body's impulses of closing and opening and are boosted with melodramatic feelings – expressed as a physical mask, which is worn on your face, your shoulders, your bottom, your knees and your feet - all explored and connected through your spine.

By repeating the movements of the system, you will create an emotional spine release through the sessions, which will help you to recognize your own emotions and create pure and organic movements. Each YouTube Channel session will have an introduction by BSc (Hons) Physiotherapist, Joanna Keen MCSP. http://www.rehabphysio.co.uk/
