What I do:
Well what can I say that you won't already know! Former employee of the Arts Council of Wales where I 'minded the shop' during difficult times in the early naughties I moved on the manage Cultural Enterprise (the then creative industries advice service). In late 2004 I became a freelance consultant working with individuals and organisations to fulfil their potential. My business focuses on coaching, training, facilitation, business planning and change management primarily but not exclusively in the creative industries. Currently I am the Chair of the Magdalena Project and the National Youth Arts Wales Steering Group. My particular interests are dance and theatre as well as literature and writing. The centrality of women and their power to drive forward most things steers much of what I do - happy to debate and discuss this one at length and ad nauseum!!

I'm fine thanks. Had a busy pre and post Christmas with family - 3 grandchildren now! Celebrated New Year eating, drinking, museum visiting and shopping in Oxford with friends and came back to the snow. I'm now Leader of the Plaid Group on Ceredigion CC - 2 short of a majority - frustrated as you can imagine! I need a new challenge so who knows what 2010 will bring.

Yo? seriously didn't know you were a gangster!

Off up the smoke today for a few days to visit some friends, and hoping to bob down to see the Anthony Gormley thing. Suspecting it will be more gormless as opposed to Gormley!

I've been chatting with me mate about Diane Arbus and don't believe that we had the full exhibition down by here, as she was talking about photos that definitely weren't there!
