- Well, in all honesty an average JO. Just one guy fighting the system to make things better for all. As a 'kept man.' I've raised Natashia my daughter as the 'man of the 90's when it was trendy to become the house husband. Giving up £25,000 16 years ago was a change in life style, but I've never regretted having the privilege of seeing my child grow up, even if she has thrown up on me more than a few times. All in the past I assure you.
I've never actual claimed anything off the government, and I've seen a few come and go. But have no problem and even encourage others to claim what is rightfully theirs. You would be surprised how much is not being claimed because the rightful recipients aren't helped claim it.
Age, well if you haven't worked it out lets just say, I'm older than Elvis and 1966 was a good year for another team in red.
Family. You should know Natashia as she goes to Prestatyn High and Marie the long suffering wife and Felix the Cat, Not forgetting gold fish, lizards or anything I can give a home to.
Bourne, was born in Stourbridge, West Midlands. Which being part of the old Mercia, brings a smile to my face as it was part of King Offa's kingdom the towns symbol. Looks like its in the blood as both of us are trying to dig up Wales. Me by planting it up and the other guy trying to separate it. 2008 I tried to make amends from my forbear and entered many private businesses and Train Station in the 2008 Wales in Bloom. I better say thank you to the wife as I still haven't told her how much she paid for it. Something I'm quite passionate about is the visual impact of Prestatyn. As I am strongly anti the present ethos of dig a hole shove a plant in, let it grow and dig it up. As you have seen the majority of the time we end up with bare earth. Not to mention the vast expense in 'man hours,' composted plants and simply repetitive work that never has anything permanently to show for it. I mentioned as part of Wales in Bloom for Prestatyn. A little thought to permanent evergreen, shrubs and trees (variegated is my preference) would enhance Prestatyn all year round and not just a few weeks a year. As yet, fallen on deaf ears but I haven't given up and will pay personally just to see the job done right.
Since choosing to live in Prestatyn and a very good choice it was. Beautiful beaches surrounded by the hills always make my smile at sun set with a walk on the beach. I've been keeping myself busy volunteering for numerous jobs. I set up Neighbourhood Watch on the Bodnant Estate and spread the word further afield to encourage others to look after their neighbours, old or young. As I believe in community. As mentioned above after a rather disastrous 2007 Wales in Bloom, I stepped forward to organise the 2008 Wales in Bloom for Prestatyn. Only to have the Councillors take over and make a mess of things again. Your intelligent enough to look up who was mayor at the time. Wait a minute I'm after her Town Council seat...
Any way enough of political speeches, I'm sure the grape vine can do a better job. Back to more important things....
My football team is Wolverhampton Wanderers (Wolves) Well, you have to be loyal. Also an England fan but cheer on both Wales and Scotland in Football and rugby. As I like to see the home sides do well. In my youth (not to long ago) I've played football, Rugby and Cricket but now feel (old I hear someone say) that we as adults should be working towards building the indoor facility's to keep our youth healthy. As I cant see myself being called up for Wales or England.
