I graduated with a BA Hons Choreography from Falmouth University in 2014.
My main interest is improvisation as a mode of performance and way of being.
I enjoy various forms of improvisation including, movement, vocal, contact and comedy.
I favor observing 'what is already there' and have set up happenings and performances in outdoor and public spaces with various groups of people. Collaboration and interdisciplinary practices involving improvisation are what I hope to do more of.
Projects I’m working on:
Past projects have included a Flash Mob in Truro, Cornwall working with a group of partially sighted group of people of all ages.
I also organized 'Pedestrian Conga Snake' and 'Falmouth Big Freeze'. I write a blog entitled 'The Performance of Life'
No worries! I worked in Arts Development for Hinckley and Bosworth Borough Council, so if you need any contacts in the area I can try to help. Are you still working at Curve? I love that theatre - it's amazing how open it is.
Did you get your application done in time? There's only 2 minutes to go.
Hi Hermione, thanks for joining the National Theatre Wales Community. It's great to have another member. I used to work in the arts in Hinckley, so I'm especially excited to have a new member from there!
