What I do:
Head of Creative, Working Word
A little more about me:
Before joining Working Word, James was Managing Director of Ernest – a collective of filmmakers and artists who created innovative and engaging promos for the Ministry of Defence, Macmillan Cancer Support, National Deaf Children's Society, Business Wales, New Wolsey Theatre, and Cardiff Council.

In collaboration with one of their regular clients Dwr Cymru Welsh Water, Ernest created a series of promos, radio adverts, and 360° content (created in partnership with Atticus Digital) for the award winning One Last Breath campaign.

Over the past year, James has worked closely with Working Word to create promos for Visit Wales, Principality, Sport Wales, and National Museum Wales, and joined the team in July 2018 as Head of Creative.

Outside the office, James is one half of Think Nice, whose debut short film Bullshit! was named Short of the Month on Vimeo .
Projects I’m working on:
Currently a Business Wales promo with Shane Williams, Homeless World Cup with Michael Sheen, and lots of others.

Looking for set/ stage designer for promo/ Paid role

I'm looking for a set/ stage designer who can help to create a backdrop for a series of filmed interviews in Bristol.

The backdrop will consist of a series of transparent and frosted panels, which we can back light, and which would be fairly portable and easy to break down and reassemble.

I'm looking for someone who can source the materials and set up the backdrop for the first round of interviews.

For more information, write to me at…
