John Emlyn Pugh's Friends

What I do:: I was born in Barmouth in 1949. There was a maternity hospital on Barmouth main street at the time. I lived there until I left for Cardiff University in 1967 and my parents moved because of my father's job. I have been going back there ever since and I climb up to the peak each time I visit to take in the crisp cold air and drink in the views. My web site is dedicated to Barmouth and the people of Barmouth: http://www.barmouth.net I started it around 1995 and I still maintain it as often as I can although I still have a full-time job as well so it can be challenging. I post the news on my web site every week with Martin Williams' help.

I have cousins that live in Barmouth today, the Simpson family , including my Aunty Dilys. Many of my old school friends live in or near Barmouth still.

Only bit of info. is that John Woods brother David has died suddenly in the north of Scotland.I really am looking forward to meeting up again. 1965 was when we last met - 45 years ago.
