Beyond the Mat is a good general wrestling documentry I think you can watch most of the parts on you tube. Although it's about north American wrestling more than Lucha.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=as3fkTbJe4A

Monday night wars is also good for getting a feel for north American wrestling also talks about the introduction of lucha to WCW who were a big promotion you can view parts frome here http://www.dailymotion.com/video/x5z40h_monday-night-war-p1_shortfilms.

Justin Lee Colins covers a good few basics of Lucha in his program you can view them here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jSQ78rWHdRE.

I'll leave you those for now and Scratch is going well look forward to seeing more of the project also I can give you a great online shop for mexican masks and Dan knows loads about the history of each mask. Anyways enjoy your evening hope these help.
