What I do:
Leeway Productions is a theatre company dedicated to inspiring creativity and curiosity, working in and around Musical theatre.
A little more about me:
Based in Porth, in the beautiful South Wales Valleys, we want to see culture as the bedrock of our flourishing communities. We use artist-led practice to challenge traditional forms of music theatre and inspire creatives to collaborate on fresh ideas which give voice to the stories at the heart of our communities. We are a company who is diversity confident and put access at the artistic heart of our productions, whilst always striving for artistic excellence and to allow the spirit of our communities to sing. Our flagship production of ‘The Last 5 Years’ broke new ground in inclusivity for musical theatre, placing Deaf creatives and audiences at the heart of the production.
