- I am a professional Welsh actress currently based in Los Angeles although presently working on developing a television series in Cardiff at The University of South Wales. I am also a professional voice coach and director and I have taught at most drama schools in the UK and Film Schools in Los Angeles.

- I am currently developing a community project using the principles and tools of Positive Psychology combined with creativity to develop work in various communities in Wales. First option possibly Pembroke.

Creativity and Community
Just a heads up to say hello and to let everyone know that my charity International Mother Earth Foundation will be bringing a group of creatives from Los Angeles USA to work with communities on creative projects towards the middle of March. Dates are to be confirmed. We will be working with local communities on healing and mindfulness through the creative arts of performance, dance, and art.
