The Black Book of Carmarthen - seeking poets/actors

In line with the Gwyl Y Twrch Trwyth  (Enchanted Boar Festival) we'll be holding a reading of The Black Book of Carmarthen and a medieval feast. At this stage the idea is to launch the Glynhir Players through this event. I am currently therefore looking for poets/actors who would like to come and be part of this event. It will be a profit share production.

Postponed Season

Unfortunately, due to matters unforeseen, we've had to postpone our season to 2018. However, we'll still be looking to stage The Black Book of Carmarthen for Gwyl Y Twrch Trwyth in October. This will hopefully help us sort out the Giant Hay Barn and prepare our season for 2018. 

I am very much still seeking interested people for helping us do this, so if you are local and would like to get involved, don't hesitate to message me.

Well, here goes something ...

It was 1994, and I left my academic studies just before the last year of my High School was about to start. I left to enter into the theatre, and although I never became the actor I thought I would, 25 yrs later, it still resounds in everything I do. And so begins the next stage ... The Glynhir Players 2017 season. Am I mad? With a Winter show planned for March and just a month and a half of rehearsals to start the season, I must be at least leaning on a slightly wrong angle to the Universe.…
