A little more about me:

Where shall we start? Young girl after war in Germany -- highly conscious of the destruction of war --school leaver searching for answers to existential questions -- theatre became this answer. Trained as theatre designer -- Arts Council grant enabled me to work with Sean Kenny and later Jocelyn Herbert as part of the new left wing writers' theatre -- Royal Court, Stratford East, National theatre in its early days. Travelled as designer to Edinburgh festival, Dundee, Birmingham... Family (3 children)... worked in fringe (became known as the 'skip designer', building many of the sets using discarded material)... became interested in fine art.
