Tamar Eluned Williams's Friends

A little more about me:: I'm a performance storyteller and writer working in Welsh and English and based in Cardiff. I work freelance telling stories in schools, museums, theatres, and festivals, and also undertaking writing and performance commissions. I'm also the Engagement Producer for Beyond the Border Storytelling Festival. This work involves reaching out to community groups and schools, using storytelling to create growth and connections, and thinking long-term about what storytelling can do for all of us in a changing world.

Recent projects:

PATHWAYS/LLWYBRAU: ACW-funded project developing story performance trails around Cardiff and further afield, as well as supporting emerging storytellers to develop their own trails. www.pathways-llwybrau.com

CHILD-FRIENDLY CITIES STORY TRAILS: Commissioned by Cardiff Council to develop a series of story trails around city landmarks, encouraging families to explore the city on foot.

NOT MAID, NOR WIDOW, NOR WIFE: Performance commission for Beyond the Border 2021 with Morwen Williams, now touring to story clubs in the UK.
