With 18 years’ teaching experience, I am a Drama and Acting lecturer in the Performing Arts department of Gower College Swansea (2018 Silver Award for FE Team of the Year: Pearson Teaching Awards). An AS and A-Level Drama lecturer, I am Curriculum Leader for the BTEC Level 3 90 Credit Diploma in Performing Arts (Acting), known locally as The Acting Company GPA. I am a LAMDA examiner, and an advisory panellist for new anthology entries for ‘Verse and Prose’ examinations. Whilst a teacher at Reading's Maiden Erlegh school, I was a nominee of ‘The Guardian Award for Teacher of the Year in a Secondary School (South England), 2007/08,’ and twice in ‘2011/12.’ I am an advisor for Music and Drama Education Expo 2019.
