A little more about me:
Hi I’m Abdul - dad, son, brother, West Ham fan & theatre director. I am the newly appointed AD and Joint CEO of Tara Arts.
Before that I founded theatre company Fio www.wearefio.co.uk
based in Cardiff but working across the UK
I moved to Cardiff and Wales to work for NTW as Creative Associate in 2011. Before that, in London, I freelanced for a variety of different companies ranging from grassroots community-led organisations to larger national and regional companies.

I also set up a theatre company which specialised in working with young people and communities since its inception in 2005. The company delivered numerous projects including professional film and theatre productions.

My passion for theatre derives from the fact that it had such a profound and significantly positive impact on my life.
