Mae'n bleser gennyf gyhoeddi fy mod wedi llwyddo i dderbyn fy grant Ymchwil a Datblygu cyntaf fel artist unigol gan Gyngor Celfyddydau Cymru.

Gweithio mewn partneriaeth â Chanolfan Gelfyddydau Pontardawe, People Speak Up a Symudiad Gweledol Artist Jessica Lerner, rwyf yn defnyddio technegau symudiad somatig, cerddoriaeth o fy mywyd a straeon pobl leol i archwilio dychymyg creadigol o'm gofal dementia fy hun ymhen 30 mlynedd.

Byddaf yn cyflwyno digwyddiad rhannu cynnydd gwaith i gynulleidfa a wahoddwyd am 2pm ar 27 Awst yng Nghanolfan Celfyddydau Pontardawe ac mae nifer cyfyngedig o docynnau am ddim hefyd ar gael trwy Wefan Canolfan y Celfyddydau yn unig.

Os oes gennych ddiddordeb mewn darganfod mwy neu ddod draw i'r digwyddiad, rhowch wybod i mi neu cysylltwch â Chanolfan Celfyddydau Pontardawe yn uniongyrchol.

Just practicing being a more virtual part of this community by saying a huge well done and thank you to NTW and all the community for the Assembly at Blaengarw last week. Huge congrats to Catherine for organising the event and thanks for giving Mess Up The Mess the opportunity to be involved in creating such an action packed week - we had a great time! Best food at Creations cafe - missing it already.

My favourite part of the evening on Thursday had to be when the Blue Baby Crew pushed the folk dancers off the stage but Emily and Alana doing their talking heads sections was fabulous as was the bingo, vox pops on the walls and communal singing.

Donald as a panto dame - classic.

Loved a Good Night out in the Valleys at Pontardawe and looking forward to Shelf Life.
