This weekend 10-11 January 2014 a gang of Irish musicians, performers and activists will travel to west Wales to present not one, not two, but three events in support of whistleblower and US prisoner Chelsea (Bradley) Manning and her mum and family members in Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire.
Chelsea Manning is serving a 35-year jail sentence in the US for releasing what was judged to be classified information. It included film of a murderous US helicopter gunship…

This is an extraordinary and unusual exhibition, although I feel that, in the spirit of the show, TATE should have made it free, but - if you're anywhere near TATE Liverpool before it ends on 2nd February, it's not to be missed. A face-to-face encounter with Jaques-Louis David's 'Death of Marat' still signals, over 200 years after it's iconic role in the French Revolution. I'm looking for anyone who'll let me come and work with them or their company between 31st of March and 25th of April. Does anyone know of any free rehearsal space in Cardiff?
I start rehearsals for my solo show on the 8th Jan and am finding it really difficult to get rehearsal space. I don't have funding for the show and have only been given one weeks free space from the venue so really don't have any budget what so ever
Just wanted to see if the anyone knew of anywhere
Kelly xx
