'A Great Emotion'

I feel very involved, almost overwhelmed by this representation, more than I expected. Maybe because in February I lost my mother, I don't know but I'm so emotionally excited by what is happening thousands of miles from me...it's amazing! I can hear from here all your trepidation and excitement for this wonderful job that awaits you. I will work these days, but I'll always…

#Fly on the Wall Young Critics Review

7th April, Weston Studio WMC

PROTEST.

So you don’t have to.

#Fly on the Wall: a Citrus Arts project grown from the support of Wales Millennium Centre as part of their incubator project. It was birthed in the aftermath of the G20 Summit and Iranian protests of 2009, but in its current form it is based more around more recent events examining the real voices in the protests. Citrus Arts…

Edinburgh Preview: Need a reviewer

Hello one and all,

Ludus Ludius Improv Theatre co are doing a preview of their production in ATRium, Adams Street on Wednesday 8th June, 7pm and wish to find someone to come and watch it and perhaps review it. The more the merrier, as one may like it and another may not. Who knows, its all improvised anyway.

The production is about perception. We call it, 'Emblem: Spontaneous Thoughts on Perception' as we utilise this emblem and explore it over the production…

Our visit to Aberystwyth

The show in Aberystwyth was amazing, It was the first time most off us (Ali,Ahmed,Daud and Bash) watched a thearte show. It was quite interesting because we thought we'd just be watching a show, But it played out quite different. Everyone was given an ipod as soon as you pressed play you'd have to follow the instructions carefully. Every one set out in a different direction, at times it seemed we were in a scary movie, passing graveyards and other ancient site. It was a good tour around the…

Branwen's Starling opens at Afan Forest in glorious sunshine - long may this continue!

It doesn't seem like five minutes ago I was having a meeting with Mark Ryan about adapting this story from the Mabinogion and now we have had our preview! The sun shone all day - the cast sweated in their waterproofs, fake fur and leather costumes - as we had prepared for the usual damp weather!  And despite a few near misses with over zealous mountain bikes and an…

Arrival for Children's Theatre Festival

On Wednesday I arrived in Warsaw for a Theatre Festival, I was told that someone would meet me at the Airport but there was no-one carrying that piece of paper with my name on. Oh well it's daytime and things don't feel so scary for the lone traveller when it's light. After wandering around the airport I eventually find the bus that will take me to Centrum, I have no idea really where I am going as I booked my flight on Friday and haven't had time to digest the 'Rough Guide' that I bought in… Continue

'I'm A Mission Doll'

-If I were a Bell, Guys & Dolls
