Return

So, after one of the most amazing experiences of my professional life, a cancelled flight, a night in Bariloche and a 36 hour return journey, we have returned to Mumbles. The sounds of the Wrasaw Concerto ringing out from the Castle were surreal indeed...Diolch yn fawr iawn i'r Wladfa. Taith Arbennig.

In the silence of the morning

Witnessing the night slur into dawn

Anticipating the sound of the hollow winds arise

Regret shall be the footprint that I leave behind

Only for those who know how to read the trail

Shall be able 2 follow in my…

Salt, Root and Roe

Theatr Clwyd Cymru

Sherman Cymru, Theatre 2

8th May 2013

This feeling of Welsh fairytale runs deep through Tim Price’s beautifully written play and it gives the sense that the twins are…

NTWTeam Word4Word at landed festival (hula hoops, hog roasts, storm troopers and poetry what more do you want)

So me and a group of merry poets all took a trip up to Landed festival yesterday to put on a NTWTeam Word4Word event. It started by all getting on a very pimping mini bus and I mean pimping, leather seats, blue led’s and all that jazz. as you can imagine we were all feeling very nervous as us poets do before a gig but fortunately Mr Mark Dorey was hot on it and brought us all some shandy to calm our nerves (wild I know, sugar free, 0.5% shandy). …
