Hitting the streets and promoting {150}

Over the past couple of weeks I've been hitting the streets of Aberdare and Merthyr Tydfil (and a few other nearby places) in my role as Promoter for {150}.

I've spoken to lots of lovely people who work in the shops in Aberdare, who were all keen to take some flyers to display. I've also visited lots of cool places that I'd never been to before such as Aberdare Golf Club, which is very pretty.

Today I spent some time in the sunny Asda lobby, having a chat about…

Summercamp Artists Announced

Way back in February we issued a call out for artists who wanted to come on this year’s Summercamp. We got over 50 applications from artists working across many different art forms. I had the un-envious task of whittling this number down to create a super group of 20, including 3…

Dyma fi yn ôl yn y swyddfa ar ôl diwrnod llawn o waith cyfranogi {150 } ddoe.

Cael cyfarfod a chlywed criw Ysgol Rhyd y Waun yn perfformio ei darn nhw, a gwir i chi mae nhw werth i weld. Dwi wrth yn modd bod mewn ystafell ymarfer efo criw ifanc o bobol sydd mor hyderus, ac yn caru bod ar lwyfan, mae wir yn deimlad gwefreiddiol. Mae'r criw yma wedi bod yn ymarfer yn drylwyr…

NTW and Education - the possibilities!

Last week was my first week with NTW working as Education TEAM Assistant.  I am thrilled to be working with such an amazing, inspirational group of people on a project that looks to be very exciting.

I look forward to being part of a Wales-wide collaborative discussion about ways in which NTW can best approach 'Education' and I look forward to hearing from educators, youth workers, parents and anyone who has an opinion about how best NTW can engage with young people…
