I've written a blog. It's a reflexion

My life is a little darker without Summercamp.

It must have been before Summercamp too but I hadn’t realised.

Being an artist is hard.

Making good art and being a good artist are even harder.

Doing ‘whatever it takes to support your art’ is a great way to end an ideastap blog but when you’re working six or seven nights a week to support a few hours’…

Where have all the Techies gone?

We frequently hear about the development and attributes of Writers, Artists and Film Makers but what about to Techies, Techies! I hear you non Techies bark, then whisper I heard of them somewhere.  Well I’m a techie, have been for many years and damn proud of it, not “Professional” yet have lit quite a few Pro’s, and yes I know, I should do I’m a techie, that techies are a lonely breed who go about their trade, unappreciated,  in their “blacks” amongst the shadows or can be seen as a…

Hello Cymru! Cardiff!

I arrived at Cardiff 2 days ago.

I was surprised at  a lot of sea gulls flying in the sky.

I like sea gulls.

Today, I went to National Museum Cardiff.

At first, I was touched by Tim Davies"postcard series2"

My imagination expanded when I watched the person-shaped hole which opened to the postcard.

I couldn't…

Hi everyone

Tiger bay youngsters is a football club situated in butetown. We have four teams which are under 16,14,13 and 12s. We are sponsored by the national theatre, who have been a great help in helping us use football as the drive to get the youth to express them selfs through arts.

Marina 512hours - A Reflection

So today I embarked on a new discovery into the world of Marina Abramovic, during her 512 hour residency at The Serpentine Gallery, Hyde Park, London. My expectations were high, though I wasn't completely sure what I was about to experience. Having studied her work I knew that it was going to challenge me and others as audience members, with us participating as performer ourselves.

I arrived at The Serpentine with fellow artist Hee Ran at 9.30am. There was already people queuing to… Continue

Interview with Jeton Neziraj: Kosovar Politics and Balkan Theatre
