A Pardon for Dic Penderyn

Dic Penderyn, born Richard Lewis in Aberavon in 1808, was hanged for allegedly wounding a soldier in the 1831 Merthyr Rising. He was only 23.

A campaign to secure a posthumous pardon is underway. Witness statements taken at the time would have exonerated him.

We as descendants of Dic Penderyn urge you to sign the open letter to add your voice to this one chance to obtain a pardon for this innocent man.…

Wellbeing and Sustainability

It is Green Week this week at NTW. We are looking out for the planet, ourselves, our economy and our fellow conscious-beings.
